Application of the general terms and conditions of sale
These conditions govern the sale of products presented on this site (www.silkmood.fr) by Silkmood.
These terms of sale may be modified at any time without prior notice. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The parties agree that the contract formed by these terms of sale is subject to French law.
Validity of offers
Our offers are only addressed to consumers with a delivery address in metropolitan France, Corsica, as well as in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Items offered on the www.silkmood.fr website are available while stocks last.
In the event of payment being received for an unavailable item, Silkmood undertakes to refund the Customer within 15 days.
Product prices
Prices, order summary and invoicing are in euros.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (ttc).
The VAT amount is indicated when the Customer selects a product. In the event of a change in the VAT rate, this will be passed on to prices without the customer being informed beforehand.
Silkmood reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the prices displayed on the Silkmood.fr website based on the rates in force at the time the order is registered.
Product presentation
The description of the products offered for sale on the Silkmood.fr website is made with the greatest care with photographs, property of the brands, illustrating the products with the support of the text.
Order and secure payment
Pay in advance (bank transfer)
If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive an order confirmation by email with our bank details. Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 days for us to receive your payment, so shipping time will be longer.
For quick delivery, we advise you to send us the bank receipt by email.
Orders will be reserved for you (maximum 7 days).

Pay by PayPal:
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be immediately redirected to the PayPal site. If you already have a Paypal account, you can log in and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can open a PayPal account and confirm the payment. It only takes a few minutes for us to receive the payment.
Pay by credit card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Carte Bleue cards.
Payment on Silkmood is perfectly secure. All data is protected. We never have access to your bank details; they are transferred in an encrypted and secure manner to our bank.
The customer validates their order as described below. This validation implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Any order will only be taken into consideration after payment has been accepted.
During their first order, the customer fills out a form containing the following information: title, surname, first name, full delivery address, e-mail, telephone number and date of birth. It is at this moment that the customer creates their password.
The customer who wishes to purchase an item described on the Silkmood.fr website follows the following process to place their order. After clicking on the "confirm" icon and after checking the specifics of their order (color, quantity, size, price, etc.) The customer validates the choice of the selected product(s) with a click.
If the customer benefits from a special offer, they must first enter a code that has been assigned to them in the field provided for this purpose.
The customer has the option of paying by credit card or by Paypal directly on the site.
After validating their payment method, the customer definitively and irrevocably validates their order with the elements indicated below.
Order confirmation
After the order has been registered, an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail within one hour of your order, it is recommended that you contact customer service at info@silkmood.fr, to check that there has been no problem in the order process.
Payment default
Silkmood reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to validate an order from a customer who has not paid a previous order in full or in part or who is in payment dispute.
Payment security
To ensure payment security, the Silkmood site uses the secure payment service of the Atos Worldline SA/NV bank. This service integrates the SSL security standard. Confidential data is directly transmitted encrypted to the bank's server.
When the order is validated:
The payment request is routed in real time to the secure online payment manager.
The latter sends an authorization request to the bank card network.
The online payment manager issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction.
Identification
A Customer who has already placed an order on the Silkmood.fr website can choose a password which will allow them, for subsequent orders, not to have to fill in the forms essential for placing the order.
The already registered Customer is recognized on the site as a Silkmood customer.
The Silkmood customer's password is personal and strictly confidential.
Delivery
Delivery is made with our partner DPD and Bpost.
The costs charged to the Customer are as follows:
• Flat rate of 6.95 euros per order
• Free for orders over 69.90 euros.
Delivery costs may be revised downwards or upwards depending on changes in the rates of our service providers DPD and La POSTE.
Delivery times
For orders for products in stock, parcels are shipped the same day following registration of the order (except Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and special notification). Preparation and delivery times may be longer during holiday periods. Any case of force majeure beyond the control of Silkmood that would delay delivery could not be attributed to Silkmood.fr
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back
14 DAYS TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN
You can examine the item for a period of 14 days without obligation. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request an exchange or refund within 14 days in its original packaging. The trial period begins on the day you receive your order.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their uncut label and in perfect resale condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged or soiled). Incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items returned by customers will not be accepted.
Please note that during sales periods, the return period is 7 days.
Exchange and return procedure:
-Write to info@silkmood.fr to notify us of your return, and indicate whether it is an exchange or refund request.
-Add the invoice received in your package or write your name and order number on a blank sheet of paper.

Returns are entirely at the Customer's expense. We recommend choosing a shipment with acknowledgement of receipt or tracking.
It is strongly recommended to keep the receipt provided by La Poste. Silkmood.fr declines all responsibility in the event of loss or damage during parcel transport.
These will be fully refunded to you if it is our error or a manufacturing defect. Delivery costs will be refunded if the order is returned in its entirety.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and validation of your return. The amount will be refunded according to the initial payment method. The sum will therefore be credited either directly to your bank card account (an email will be sent to you as soon as this is done), it takes approximately 2-3 days for it to appear on your account, or via Paypal. We process refunds by priority of return date.
PLEASE NOTE: returns with postage due or cash on delivery are refused. It will be up to the customer to provide proof of return, which means that items must be returned against signature, with the costs and risks of return remaining the responsibility of the customer. For example, if the customer sends back clothes in a stamped envelope and it is lost, Silkmood will in no case be obliged to reimburse. Following numerous lost envelopes, we advise sending with signature required.
