What are the shipping costs?

For orders over €69 (in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany), delivery is free. For orders under €69, you pay a contribution of €6.95 for the preparation, transport, and delivery of your order. When you order several items, they can be sent in one package. You get an overview of the costs in the first step of the ordering process.
 
When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be sent to you via DPD and Bpost. The delivery time is 2 days in Belgium (weekends and public holidays are not included). For neighboring countries (Netherlands, France, Germany, etc.), the delay is 2 to 4 days.
If you choose to pay in advance, we send your order once your payment is received. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 days to receive your payment, so the shipping time will be longer.
 
What happens if I am not at home?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a message indicating that a package can be picked up. You can then collect the package at a DPD parcel shop (Kronopost) or a post office. All information about this is indicated on the message.
 
My order has not been delivered. What should I do?

If your order is not delivered after 7 days, please contact our customer service.

If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive an order confirmation by email with our bank details. Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 days to receive your payment, so the shipping time will be longer.
For quick delivery, we advise you to send us the bank receipt by email.
Orders will be reserved for you (maximum 7 days).

Pay by PayPal:
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be immediately redirected to the PayPal website. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can open a PayPal account and confirm the payment. It only takes a few minutes before we receive the payment.

Pay by credit card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Carte Bleue.
Payment on Silkmood is perfectly secure. All data is protected. We do not have access to your bank details in any way; they are transferred in an encrypted and secure manner to our bank.

How do I enter the discount code?
Once you have chosen your products, click on the shopping cart and enter the discount code. The amount will be reduced directly with your discount. You cannot enter a coupon code after placing the order.
 
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with the products delivered, you have the option to return your items within 14 days. All goods can be returned if they have not been used. The amount will be refunded within 10 days of receipt of the return.
