Returns, exchange and refunds policy

The customer is entitled to enforce a right of return without specification of reasons within a return period of 14 days. The return period shall begin upon receipt of the goods. After the expiration of the inspection period, the purchase agreement is considered final.

  • Please indicate your return through your account on our website or fill out the Model Withdrawal Form. Alternatively, you can write a letter stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Pack the item in the original packaging with all labels attached and include the return form or your letter. Without the model form or the letter, we cannot identify the order.
  • It takes 5-10 business days to process the return. The purchase amount will be credited back to your bank account from which the transfer was made.

 

Return Exceptions: 

  • All items should be returned in their original and unused condition (with original packaging), with all labels and tags still attached. If labels and/or tags are removed, the goods will be considered used.
  • Personalised items or goods which have been made to your specification cannot be exchanged/returned.
  • Underwear’s are not returned for hygiene issue.
  • When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold (e.g. multi-buy items) and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning the goods to which the promotional gift was linked.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. Keep the shipping receipt until you receive confirmation that your package has been received. Silkmood is not responsible for the loss of your return package.

Exchange:

It is not possible to exchange an item for another. You need to make a new purchase and return the initial one.

If you want to exchange an item for another, place a new order online or make a new purchase in the store.

Return or Exchange in the Store:

You can collect, return, or exchange your online order (if the item is in stock) for free at our store in Antwerp, Belgium. Pack the item in the original packaging with all labels attached and bring it to the store. Your return will be processed immediately.

Store Purchase Exchange:

Items purchased in the store can only be exchanged within 14 days. Pack the items well in the original packaging and bring the original receipt. Without the purchase and receipt, we cannot accept the product.
